Jeremy has a valuation background and during his 25 years in the property sector, has specialised in project management and project delivery, master-planning and strategic advice. He has completed commercial and large-scale residential developments delivering turn-key solutions to owner-occupiers and tenants.

Dougal is a professional in the property and construction sector, spanning 25 years. Throughout his career he has successfully delivered a diverse array of projects, ranging from commercial projects to large-scale residential developments.

Manukau Major Projects has a proven track record of excellence in the medium density market, with a portfolio of successful projects. They have relationships with Kainga Ora, retirement villages, private developers, Iwi and Community Housing providers.
