Having worked in the franchise for a number of years, Brendan and Harris progressed to becoming the current franchise owners for G.J. Gardner Homes Manawatu / Horowhenua. With over 20 years' experience in the building industry, it has been a real sense of pride for them to be involved with building the G.J. Gardner brand throughout the Manawatu and Horowhenua area.

G.J. Gardner Homes has been operating in the Hamilton/Waikato region since 1997 and is owned and operated by Jeff and Karyn de Leeuw of R.G. de Leeuw Construction Ltd.
Jeff has been involved with G.J. Gardner Homes for over 21 years. While he has a background in Civil Engineering he was brought up in the residential construction industry. Born and bred in the Waikato, Jeff and Karyn enjoy spending their weekends enjoying all the area has to offer with their family.
Jeff's knowledge and experience has been utilised in other parts of the GJ group with his assistance in establishing GJ franchises in Papakura and Coromandel, and has overseen the construction of more than 3,000 family homes.
