Ross has lived on the Hibiscus Coast for over 50 years and has an extensive background in the building industry. Ross saw the advantages for his customers of his business belonging to a franchise building system, which led Ross and his wife Elaine to open the first G.J. Gardner Homes franchise in New Zealand. Elaine continues to be heavily involved in the day to day operations of the business, bringing strong management and administrative skills to the team.
