Led by William Mills, our Canterbury North team builds throughout the north including St Albans, Marshland, and Belfast, Oxford, Rangiora, Fernside, Pegasus, Kaiapoi and Amberley, across Waimakariri and north into Hurunui. The franchise has operated locally since 2003, giving the team a practical understanding of the area’s sections, communities and different ways of living.
Nick Thompson leads Christchurch City South, covering Yaldhurst, Islington, Hornby, Wigram, Halswell, Westmorland, Addington, Sydenham and Woolston, as well as the Port Hills and Banks Peninsula. Nick’s background spans engineering, product development, sales and hands-on technical work, bringing a practical, problem-solving approach to projects ranging from urban sites to hill and coastal locations.
Our Selwyn franchise has been building locally since 2002 and is now led by Matthew Clark. Matt joined the team back in 2004 and now leads the team to build homes and support the community his family is proud to call home. The team covers Lincoln, Rolleston, West Melton, the wider Ellesmere and Selwyn districts and south to the Rakaia River. Matthew brings fresh energy and a strong focus on the customer experience while building on the franchise’s established local knowledge.
