In 2023 after years of success, the Papakura/Franklin franchise of G.J. Gardner Homes was split into two businesses to better serve their customers, creating Papakura and Franklin. Our Franklin team is excited to continue building homes in the community they love.

Coming from successful careers in the banking and dentistry industry, Grant and Anna found their passion for building through renovation and their own new build experiences. It’s these experiences that have shaped their goal to continue providing the Franklin area with great homes that suit their customer’s lifestyle and needs.
