One of the reasons we chose G.J. Gardner Homes was because they had supported local initiatives. Del from G.J. Gardner's Franklin/Papakura came all the way out to Kaiaua to meet with us and present plans that we could work with. The design and build process was enjoyable, we never had any problems with G.J.'s. When the house was finished we had a blessing for the house. Family and friends who came to the blessing said they were very impressed with the quality of the home and fittings.

I'm a property developer. I chose G.J. Gardner Homes out of a number of construction companies to build on my subdivided property. I thought we could only fit one town house on the section but with G.J.'s clever design, we could actually fit two. This made a tremendous difference to my bottom line profit.

We are first time home builders. We shopped around and narrowed the list down to G.J. Gardner Homes. They gave great value for money without compromising on quality. They took care of everything for us, so we didn't have to be on the phone to contractors all the time. They were flexible with the design of the house. I got what I wanted, which was lots of storage space, and the kids got big wardrobes and room to run around.

When we contacted the office the lady was very sincere and helpful. They gave us a chance to keep within our budget and get what we really needed.

They were so helpful from day one. They gave me lots of good ideas and the thorough communication I had with G.J. Gardners really helped me a lot.

The best part of The best part of the building process was the great communication. Being able to sit down with a group of guys that really listened - that was the first time we had ever experienced that with building a house.

We selected the shape and size of the house we wanted and then proceeded to add and take out walls. We customised the the house to meet our requirements - G.J. Gardner had no problem with that at all.

This is our second build with G.J. Gardner Homes. We like the idea of building so we can get something specific to what our needs are and that suited our family.  We were given a finish date and it was completed on time. The finish of the home is just outstanding.

The overall finish of the house was of an excellent quality.  We were going through a stressful time but G.J.'s made it easy for us.  We plan to build again and would look to go through G.J. Gardner Homes.

G.J. Gardner was really accommodating and adjusted plans to suit our needs. The process of building was very important to us as we were living 300kms away. We found all staff exceedingly helpful. I would think G.J would be No.1 choice.

This is our second build. We were relaxed with G.J's and unlike previous building companies we have worked with, instead of being constrictive we found them very understanding to what out needs were. There were no hold ups and everyone was planned. You need to feel comfortable with everything and right down to the last nail and bolt was really well done. They went the whole nine yards to get it completed and on time, we had no issues at all.

I looked at buying an existing house but it was suggested to build. You literally take your wishlist to them and the general guidance was great. Everything was completed on time and there were no big deals or yucky surprises at the end of it all and my family love it. My experience with G.J. Gardner has just been fantastic, they have been more or less like a family, just so looked after me.

We actually thought it was out of our range to build but were quite shocked.  We got a brand new home, how we wanted it in a better place right from the beginning.  The process was so simple, easy and we got exactly what we wanted, we love it!

The building side is easy, picking the right site is difficult. I knew nothing about building G.J's showed me everything. They were professional, friendly, helpful and they knew what they were talking about, was wonderful. Accommodating in every way, I cannot fault them at all.  Recommend G.J. - definitely.

Although our section was quite small G.J.'s came up with a design to suit us. It's convenient with a nice big kitchen, the best we have ever had.  Absolutely no hassles, no stress and staff have been a pleasure to deal with, always smiling and always happy.

We were given lots of different options and advice, our section was in Kerikeri. We were building by remote control and would do it again. The process was straight forward and communication was always there. We would recommend G.J. to anyone.

We have built three houses. The planning stage was much easier with Gardners. Gardners modeled to what we wanted, if there was something we didn't like they would accommodate it. Gardners was a month ahead of schedule and we were totally shocked at handover, we thought it was too flash for us to live in. The finish was incredible, house stunning.
