The easy way to build two houses on your section
If your home is sitting on a large section, you could be sitting on a goldmine. If the section can be cross leased or subdivided, you may be able to build a brand new home on the same section. Or alternatively, trade-in your old home and build two new ones. Live in one. Sell the other. Rent one. Sell them both.

G.J. Gardner builds homes for young families, singles and retired people, from modest townhouses through to expansive country estates.
The great thing about the G.J. Gardner Homes range of plans is that they can be simply adapted and modified without great expense. Many of the G.J. Gardner homes that have been built are based on these plans. In addition to these, we often build from designs created elsewhere and can also assist in developing plans from rough concept scribbles.
