Ross Morley has lived on the Hibiscus Coast for 36 years. Ross has an extensive background in the building industry which started by learning from one of the best builders on the coast. He then went on to open his own building company and after 8 successful years Ross could see the advantages for his customers of belonging to a franchise building system. This led Ross and his wife Elaine to open the first G.J. Gardner Homes office in New Zealand in 1997.
Mike Fraser joined the G.J. Rodney team in December 2003 as the General Manager and is now a partner in Rodney Residential Ltd. Mike a qualified engineer brings a wealth of knowledge in project management combined with strong management skills.
G.J. Rodney has been the Number 1 home builder in the Rodney region for the last 4 years.
